Send Postcards to Fellow Kansans...

...To ensure they vote NO on August 4 and KEEP JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE!

For your $10 donation, Lawrence Indivisible will give you 25 postcards to be addressed and sent to Kansas voters. These will inform them of the constitutional amendment that is on the ballot in the August 4 primary election.

The proposed constitutional amendment would open up the selection of our Kansas Supreme Court Judges to elections by popular vote. It sounds good on the surface but the voters will be influenced by all the advertising and campaign support from billionaires and corporations who will pour massive amounts of money into the election campaigns of their chosen judges. These out-of state billionaires want to have their way with our natural resources, farmland, tax dollars, schools, laws and regulations. These “bought” judges will help them do it. Other special interest groups will also work to sway these judges’ decisions in their favor with the promise of election campaign money.

Lawrence Indivisible will send or deliver to you 25 postcards and a list of 25 Kansas voter’s names and addresses. You’ll need to purchase postcard stamps at 61¢ each and mail them to the 25 addresses on June 15.
