Chloe, I'm so sorry I missed seeing this question. I think sometimes the organizers of the protests in Topeka request that we here in Lawrence try to go there so that they will have more people and a bigger impact. It does leave out a lot of people that can't do that though.
Isn't there a protest gathering here in Lawrence today? I can't find any information. On June 14th there were protests in BOTH Topeka and Lawrence.
